This guide shows you how to find which products sell best and which ones customers personalize most. It is for any merchant who wants to see product performance at a glance, without exporting data or doing math by hand.
Open the Products tab
The Products tab ranks every product that sold in your chosen date range. It reads live from your order data, so the numbers match what your customers actually bought.
Go to the Analytics page and click the Products tab
Open Analytics in your dashboard, then click the Products tab. It uses the same date range as the rest of the page, so any range you already picked carries over.
Read the stat strip at the top
The four boxes across the top summarize the whole range: Total products (how many products had at least one order), Total orders, Revenue, and Avg. order value. These give you the headline numbers before you look at any single product.
Scroll to the Product performance table
Below the stat strip is the Product performance table, with one row per product. If nothing sold in the range, you see a short message titled “No product data yet” instead, which reads “Product performance appears once orders start coming in.”
Read the Product performance table
Each row in the table is one product. The table ranks them by revenue, with your highest earner at the top. The columns read left to right: rank (#), Product, Orders, Revenue, AOV, and Customization %.
Here is what each column tells you:
- Orders is the number of orders that included this product.
- Revenue is the total this product brought in over the range.
- AOV is the average order value for that product, so the typical amount per order it appears in.
- Customization % shows how often the product sold with a personalized design. It is drawn as a violet bar plus the exact percent next to it. A high number means most buyers personalized the product before checkout. A low number means many bought the plain version.
Use the date range in the page header to compare periods. Set it to a busy week, note the order, then switch to a quiet week and see what changes. This is a quick way to spot a product that is climbing or one that is slowing down.
Spot top sellers from the Overview
You do not have to open the Products tab to see your best sellers. The Overview tab has a Top products card that gives you the short list.
It ranks your highest-revenue products for the range and shows each product’s order count next to its revenue. The top three get medal badges (gold, silver, and bronze) so the leaders stand out at a glance.
To see the full table, click View all on the card. That takes you to your products page, where you can open any product to edit it.
For totals across your whole store, plus breakdowns by provider, channel, and country, see the sales and revenue report. The analytics dashboard overview explains how the tabs and date range fit together.
